Establishing and scaling operational structures in newly founded or carved-out companies
Responsible for 0-to-1 projects in areas such as operations and internal processes
Analyzing, structuring and optimizing business processes
Building reporting, KPI systems and operational control mechanisms
Managing operational teams and measuring and continuously improving team performance based on defined KPIs
Supporting financial planning, budgeting and liquidity management

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a comparable field
Experience in 0-to-1 building, consulting, private equity or in operational roles with significant responsibility
Hands-on mentality, can-do attitude and a drive to execute quickly rather than prolonged discussion
Critical and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to structure problems and solve them pragmatically
Strong interest in operational company development and building new structures
Structured, analytical working style combined with high execution capability
Strong communicator, direct in feedback and confident in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
Very good proficiency in German and English
