We are looking for a professional with solid experience in consultative sales of technology services, with strong experience in IT consulting and in the resource allocation (staff augmentation) model for technology professionals.
Proven experience selling value-added offerings, such as Managed Squads and fixed-scope projects, is essential, acting strategically to generate results and deliver value to the client.
We expect someone with experience in digital transformation projects, capable of leading complex negotiations and moving easily between different areas and hierarchical levels, influencing decisions and building long-term relationships.
Experience with large accounts and complex corporate environments across multiple sectors will be a relevant differentiator.
The ideal candidate has a strong customer focus, a sense of urgency and results orientation, combining critical thinking, proactivity and an ownership mindset. Negotiation, conflict-resolution and consultative skills are fundamental, along with an innovative approach oriented to research and continuous improvement.
