Role Overview
Own the full developer funnel from first touch to paid, making it faster, tighter, and more self-serve at every step
Partner with product and engineering to turn onboarding, activation, and conversion into a machine developers move through with ease
Run fast experiments across communities, content, SEO, and partnerships to compound growth across every channel
Focus on self-serve end-to-end, reporting directly to leadership on what's working and what's not
Show up at events, meet developers where they are, and bring that signal back to the team
Requirements
3-5 years in growth, marketing, or PLG roles at high-growth tech companies, with deep expertise in 2+ channels (paid, SEO, outbound, lifecycle, partnerships, etc.)
Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition impact; you've built channels and campaigns that generated real pipeline or revenue
Experience running growth like a product team: clear hypotheses, rigorous measurement, and fast iteration
Strong analytical chops; comfortable with dashboards, attribution models, and connecting channel performance to revenue outcomes
High ownership mentality with a bias toward action; you don't wait for a playbook, you build one
