About this role
Role Overview
Build and lead a high-performing growth team, managing performance gaps.
Design an end-to-end growth operating model, establishing governance, forecasting, and performance management.
Develop a scalable go-to-market strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.
Enable the function to win new logos and expand existing relationships through customer engagement activities.
Deliver compelling sales collateral and enablement strategies in collaboration with other functions.
Track KPIs to measure the growth function's impact and effectiveness.
Manage regional pods of sales and marketing staff to ensure unified strategy.
Represent Springboard at industry conferences and events.
Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and service expansion.
Create executive-ready deliverables communicating insights and progress.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
5+ years of experience directly managing marketing and sales teams of 10+ people.
Experience in new business development in B2B education services organizations.
Experience creating high-level strategy roadmaps for marketing and sales functions.
Expertise in pricing, P&L management, and setting KPIs/OKRs related to revenue generation.
Experience building a team and operations from scratch, ensuring problem solutions and value realization.
Experience with the delivery of educational services (preferred).
Experience with literacy programs and early intervention programs/MTSS (preferred).
Experience working with nonprofit organizations (preferred).
