Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, sales/account management, operations management, or a closely related discipline.
Proven experience leading complex initiatives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with a track record of removing roadblocks and delivering results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred).
Experience within healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
Background in organizational design or organizational development (preferred).
Experience using AI‑enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot (preferred).
