Role Overview
- Prepare and submit dossiers for civil and labor cases;
- Carry out enforcement of judgments and injunctions;
- Provide support to the client's internal teams, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information;
- Monitor and respond to internal emails and routine communications;
- Keep case records and process tracking up to date in legal systems and tracking spreadsheets;
- Support partner law firms with ongoing legal matters;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) without active Bar registration (Required).
- Organized: Responsible for handling data for a large volume of cases;
- Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to information received and entered into the system;
- Proactive: Ability to take initiative to resolve routine issues;
- Responsible and committed: Treats tasks with seriousness and reliability;
- Ability to handle volume and pressure: Organized and composed under intense workloads;
- Team player: Clear communicator and willing to support colleagues.
