About this role
Role Overview
Cold call Fortune 1000 C-Level executives (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs) to schedule business development meetings
Master high-volume outbound calling with precision and strategy
Research and qualify enterprise prospects using professional sales tools
Collaborate with a team of SDRs in a supportive, non-competitive internal environment
Participate in strategy sessions and ongoing skill development workshops
Requirements
Currently enrolled at Central Michigan University in a sales or business development program
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Self-motivated with ability to handle rejection
Reliable schedule commitment (minimum 1 hour/day, 5 hours per week)
Interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
Comfortable with technology and learning new software platforms
Goal-oriented with competitive drive
Team player mentality
