Whistleblower Channel Management: Administer the whistleblower channel, monitoring cases from initiation through closure. Conduct fact-finding interviews, prepare executive reports, monitor metrics, and ensure compliance with established deadlines (SLAs).
Relationship with Regional Leadership: Maintain continuous interaction with regional leadership, strengthening the compliance culture through training, encouraging due diligence, policy review, and other strategic actions.
Implementation of the Integrity Program: Ensure the application of the program’s governance guidelines through the drafting and review of policies.
Compliance Training: Plan and execute the Annual Training Plan, developing tailored content for different audiences. Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to foster engagement and disseminate a culture of integrity across all Camilian Entities.
Institutional Communication: Develop and implement the Annual Communication Plan, revising and producing materials for internal initiatives that promote the culture of integrity and reinforce the Code of Ethical Conduct.
Due Diligence and Technical Opinions: Perform compliance due diligence processes, issue technical opinions, assess risks, and propose mitigation plans.
Review internal policies and procedures of business areas to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and integrity best practices.
Conduct compliance risk mapping.
Act as a culture champion, promoting ethics, transparency, and compliance at all organizational levels.
Availability to travel: Required to conduct on-site investigations and deliver training in various locations.
Participation in corporate investigations and interviews.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
MBA or postgraduate degree in Compliance, Risk Management, or Auditing. Availability to travel for investigations and training. Previous experience at a Big Four firm and registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).
Experience with Aliant and Neoway tools. Analytical profile, with discretion, diligence, a strong sense of responsibility, critical thinking, and agility in problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and presentations.
Ability to build relationships across different departments and hierarchical levels. Proactivity and commitment to results.
