Own the knowledge capture process design and operation
Define what constitutes a useful record of implementation
Establish lifecycle governance for knowledge assets
Partner with consulting delivery leadership globally to drive knowledge contribution adoption
Lead the team that synthesizes across multiple implementation records
Partner with product management to determine which knowledge assets should be productized
Develop production workflows for creating customer-ready content at scale
Define and track metrics that demonstrate maturing knowledge management capability
Lead, develop, and grow a new content and knowledge team
Coordinate with Architecture and Engineering on knowledge data model requirements
Provide regular reporting to leadership on knowledge pipeline performance
Requirements
10+ years of experience in information management, knowledge management, content strategy, consulting delivery, or a related field with progressive responsibility
3+ years of experience developing teams
Experience designing systematic processes for capturing and organizing expert knowledge, institutional IP, or implementation methodologies
Track record of building cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and measure success for ambiguous, emerging capabilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
