Actively involved in various month-end financial close processes, including journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations
Track, summarize and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
Prepare bills receivable, invoices and apply bank deposits
Responsible for verifying and coding of invoices with appropriate general ledger account
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Manage payments in multiple currencies, coordinating with international vendors and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations
Review vendor statements, reconcile and resolve outstanding issues and debit balances timely
Respond to queries (from both internal and external customers) relating to invoices, bills, cash received and payments made
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Prepare AR/AP aging and other reports
Support the completion of documentation and the provision of information for audits and compliance requirements of the involved legal entities.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable or accounting related experiences
Intercompany billing experience preferred
Proficient in English language, written and verbal
Attention to detail, strong organizational, and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel Skills
Must be flexible and have the ability to work well independently
Experience with Quickbook, SAP and other leading accounting software’s preferred
BS/BA Accounting/Finance/or related degree required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Multinational and cross time zone working experiences preferred
Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required
