We are looking for an Account Executive with a hunter profile, highly focused on active prospecting and generating new business, to drive HotelDo's commercial development in Porto Alegre and the metropolitan area. This professional will be responsible for managing the company’s full sales portfolio, with emphasis on the B2B tourism segment, reporting directly to the area manager.
Conduct active prospecting of new clients, focusing on corporate and travel agencies.
Operate in the B2B market, promoting HotelDo’s solutions within the hotel and tourism segment.
Perform on-site client visits in Porto Alegre, the metropolitan area, and other strategic locations.
Build and maintain a solid client portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships.
Identify business opportunities, negotiate and close sales.
Monitor commercial performance, ensuring targets and financial results are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
Experience in the tourism market (hotels, receptive services, tour operators, travel agencies, and others).
Must reside in Porto Alegre and have thorough knowledge of the city and metropolitan region.
Proven experience as a Sales/Account Executive in the tourism or hospitality segment, preferably with corporate travel agencies.
Hunter profile with strong skills in prospecting and opening new accounts.
Ability to attract and develop partnerships with new agencies and strategic clients.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Spanish will be considered a plus.
Availability for travel and frequent client visits.
