Role Overview
Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat and email channels.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Crypto or credit card services and the broader financial market landscape.
Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely follow-up.
Understand customer needs and relay valuable feedback to management.
Actively identify and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and service quality.
Requirements
Diploma or above in any field.
Relevant customer service experience (preferably in live chat).
Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Professional in oral and written communication in English
Strong inclination towards the technology sector with a focus on personal and career development.
Team player who is committed, self-driven, and responsive to client requests.
Willingness to perform 5day shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
Immediately available is preferred.
Crypto or Payment or related experience is a plus
