Influence engagement, specification, and growth while ensuring full contract compliance.
Conduct effective stakeholder mapping and multi‑level influencing aligned to the national account strategy.
Build strong relationships through excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
Apply a practical understanding of construction specification processes and routes to market.
Work collaboratively with Technical, Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements
Proven account management experience in construction or building products (preferably plasterboard, drylining systems, or related)
Strong stakeholder management skills across contractor, design and pre-construction teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement account plans, align partner engagement with revenue potential and identify key decision-making pathways to drive specification
Commercial acumen with a track record of protecting and growing account value.
Strong influencing & negotiation skills.
Confident presenter; capable of delivering presentations and hosting meetings.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously while aligning to national strategy.
Collaborative approach, working cross-functionally across the wider teams to deliver results.
