About this role
Role Overview
Proactively acquire private and commercial customers for our energy and service products (e.g., electricity, gas, heating, fiber optic, e-mobility)
Manage and expand existing customer relationships
Conduct advisory meetings on-site, by phone or digitally
Prepare tailored proposals and close contracts
Monitor the market and identify sales opportunities
Participate in regional events, trade fairs and campaigns to strengthen customer loyalty
Work closely with the inside sales team and marketing
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with sales experience
Strong customer and service orientation
Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and confident appearance
Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
Good knowledge of MS Office; ideally experience with CRM systems and Navision
Valid driver’s license (class B) and willingness to travel within the region
