Responsible for revenue across the entire product portfolio in your sales territory
Cross-selling and up-selling to drive sales growth
Preparation of reports, strategic sales plans, and revenue forecasts
Management and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new customers
Analysis of customer networks and identification of relevant decision-makers
Increase customer satisfaction through excellent service and advisory support
Management of sales channels and close collaboration with internal and external partners through to successful deal closure
Participation in customer events, trade shows, and product presentations
Functional collaboration with internal teams such as product specialists, application chemists, inside sales, and service & support engineers
Requirements
Degree in natural sciences or engineering
More than 10 years of professional experience in sales of analytical instruments/technologies (GC/LC), including mass spectrometry (GC‑MS/LC‑MS) and associated chromatography software solutions such as OpenLab CDS
Proven experience selling instruments and solutions to for-profit and non-profit customers (industry/universities/research institutes/government agencies)
