Active promotion of cross-media learning and training products (branded learning booklets, e-trainings) to manufacturers and brands in the German food industry
Development and maintenance of long-term industry partnerships (Key Accounts & New Business)
Independent acquisition of new cooperation partners in defined product and merchandise categories
Conducting price, contract and terms negotiations, including preparation of proposals
Responsibility for sales, profit and partnership targets within your own customer portfolio
Close collaboration with Product Management and Marketing
Representation at industry events, conferences and trade fairs in the FMCG and retail sectors
Market, potential and competitor analyses to support the strategic development of the offering
Requirements
University degree or commercial/vocational training
Initial sales experience, ideally in FMCG/food industry, media, education and training, B2B services or agency environments
Experience advising on complex products and solution-oriented selling
Strong strategic thinking combined with a proven ability to close deals
Confident presence at decision-maker level (Marketing, Sales, Executive Management)
Structured, independent way of working and strong relationship management skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Interest in food, brands, retail, learning and knowledge transfer
Willingness to travel, primarily within Germany
Very good German language skills; English is an advantage
