About this role
Role Overview
Overseeing automation managers and trainers, ensuring consistency in training quality, operational execution, and performance.
Providing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development to enhance team capability and readiness for emerging technologies.
Supporting weekend operational teams when traveling or as needed, ensuring ongoing continuity across automated processes.
Managing end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution and fulfillment networks.
Monitoring shipping, receiving, inventory, and return-related exceptions; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Analyzing operational data from multiple stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and network efficiencies.
Leading technology-driven initiatives focused on automation innovation within supply chain transportation.
Facilitating cross-functional training, project communication, and engagement across stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
Must be willing to travel 90% of the time.
Preferred qualifications: Fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis experience, Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, Project Management Certification, Retail Logistics Operations Six Sigma
Certification.
