Supply Chain Planning and Wafer Qualification Engineer

Role Overview

• Setup and execute Supply Chain Planning and Wafer Qualification activities across different sections of the supply chain.
• Provide leadership and insights into material planning and movement to meet customer demands.
• Develop and streamline material planning system.
• Collaborate with product engineering and R&D team to translate requirements into operational executions.
• Coordinate wafer qualification activities across different vendors and products to enable timely analysis of device failures.

Requirements

• Energetic with strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to articulate concepts and technical information to audience of different levels.
• Important personality traits: Ability to adapt to high stress situation; resilient and willing to learn.
• Resourceful and perseverant in seeking and addressing root cause.
• Expert in supply chain planning systems (e.g. Oracle) and usage of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel automation.
• Proficiency in LEAN manufacturing and engineering tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SQC, DMAIC, etc.), Qualification systems (IATF16949, ISO9001, etc.), data analysis software (JMP, Minitab, Weibull++, etc.).
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices and materials, failure analysis techniques and statistical knowledge will be advantageous.
