Lead all aspects of the Supply Chain acquisition process from proposal stage through Program award and execution
Analysis of markets and strategic sourcing to align with business goals
Responsible for managing Business Unit cost, schedule and technical performance
Ensuring L3Harris and Customer objectives are achieved, including on-time delivery
Develop, maintain and manage strategic relationships with suppliers
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supply Chain Professionals
Apply ingenuity and innovation to develop and implement solutions to complex problems
Provide timely and accurate Supply Chain status appropriate to various levels of L3Harris Management and external customers

Bachelor’s Degree
minimum of 12 years of prior related experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Active Secret Clearance required
TS/SCI clearance preferred
Experience in the following contract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost-Plus (w/fixed-fee, incentive fee, or award fee)
Experience managing budgets and sales forecasting
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Lean Six Sigma experience
Previous Leadership experience
