Role Overview
- Apply best-practice change management methodologies
- Manage junior team members to build knowledge and change capability
- Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes
- Complete stakeholder examination and develop communications plans
- Develop project plans using standard project management tools
- Demonstrate innovation in communications
- Conduct knowledge transfer and project post-mortem
- Support/lead in the design and delivery of training plans and strategy
- Support the Expleo Change leadership and develop change materials.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Desirable: Additional certification in Change Management (eg: APMG, Prosci/ADKAR)
- Related Post-grad qualification
- Experience in project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery
- Exposure to either Workday or Supply Chain projects would be beneficial
- Experience and knowledge in project management methodologies
- Practical experience with project management tools
- Understanding of the project management lifecycle and product development lifecycle
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge of client/server architecture, object oriented design/development and package implementation.
