Performing shelf servicing for our existing customers in the food retail sector (LEH) in the Herrenberg and Gärtringen area on a fixed-term contract
Optimising shelf presence in direct-delivery operations and implementing promotional sales in retail
Preventing stock gaps through optimal ordering and product placement
Carrying out store refits and new installations in the field
Monitoring inventory and stock management according to ERP guidelines (FIFO, preventing out-of-stock situations and market-appropriate allocation)
Participating in regular meetings and internal training sessions
Requirements
Interest in sales within the food retail sector; career changers welcome (e.g., backgrounds as retail sales associates, drivers, merchandisers or service staff in customer support)
Residence in the assignment area and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Driver's license class B (car)
Flexibility and willingness to travel and stay overnight
Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation and willingness to learn
