About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs aligned to revenue targets and GTM priorities.
Build persona-based campaigns targeting CISOs, IT Directors, security practitioners, MSPs, and channel partners.
Align campaign themes to product launches, competitive plays, and seasonal priorities.
Own EQL, MQL and pipeline generation goals for North America and Latin America.
Partner with Sales to ensure campaign alignment, follow-up SLAs, and opportunity acceleration.
Design mid
and bottom-of-funnel programs to improve conversion rates and deal velocity.
Activate campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, field marketing, partner programs, and retargeting.
Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to develop compelling assets (eBooks, case studies, landing pages, webinars, videos).
Test and optimize messaging, offers, and channels to maximize ROI.
Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Analyze funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won) to identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and spend allocation.
Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure proper attribution, lead scoring, and reporting accuracy.
Maintain campaign documentation and performance dashboards.
Support forecasting and quarterly planning processes.
Requirements
5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience preferably within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or channel-first organizations.
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Experience running integrated, multi-channel campaigns in a complex buying environment.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing metrics and attribution models.
Ability to collaborate effectively across Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
