Lyra Health is the leading provider of mental health solutions for employers supporting more than 20 million people globally. They are seeking a Sr. Manager, Consumer Marketing to lead member growth and engagement for their health plan business lines, overseeing the entire member journey from acquisition to lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the member marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and empathy
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid and organic acquisition strategies to meet aggressive growth goals within the business line
- Direct the member lifecycle team to optimize onboarding, retention, and re-engagement campaigns, ensuring members find the right care at the right time
- Build and manage strategic relationships with external digital partners and platforms to expand Lyra’s reach and presence
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, Content, and Digital teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and the member experience
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing insights to refine channel mix, messaging, and budget allocation
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or B2B2C space
- Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and developing marketing teams
- Acquisition Expert: Deep expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, content marketing, and organic growth levers
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with monitoring marketing analytics and a strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience driving healthcare consumer acquisition via health plan and provider referral channels
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and marketing in a regulated environment
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
