Post-secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, statistics, or a related field.
Strong SQL skills to investigate system behavior and navigate databases independently.
Ability to take vague business requests and distill into structured technical requirements that engineers can execute.
Understanding of how changes in the platform can affect the entire ecosystem, with meticulous documentation of dependencies.
