Central point of contact for our international eCommerce managers in subsidiaries on strategic and operational matters
Close collaboration with our subsidiaries worldwide as well as with central departments at headquarters (e.g., IT, Marketing, Content Factory, Group Management)
Support in the implementation of eCommerce projects (e.g., introduction of new tools, implementation of direct sales channels)
Analysis of sales and marketing KPIs and derivation of concrete measures to improve performance
Participation in budget and forecast planning for revenues, margins and marketing investments
Preparation of presentations and organization of international client meetings including follow-up to strengthen strategic partnerships
Identification of new sales channels, technologies and trends through market analyses and development of strategic measures to implement these in existing and new international markets

Degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience and/or further training
Ideally, professional experience in online shop management, eCommerce and online marketing
Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Analytical mindset and confident handling of Excel and reporting tools
Understanding of technical interfaces and process workflows
Enthusiasm for new trends and technologies in eCommerce
Assertiveness, flexibility, resilience, team spirit and a high degree of self-motivation
Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel
