About this role
Role Overview
First point of contact for customers in 2nd and 3rd level support
Analyze and tailor customers' business processes
Independently communicate with customers by phone and in writing
Document support cases and contribute to improving software solutions
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist/Fachinformatiker, IT management assistant/Informatikkaufmann) or an equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of current database systems, particularly MySQL
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
