Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
7–10+ years of experience in corporate/commercial banking
5+ years specializing in mortgage warehouse finance or mortgage secondary markets
Strong understanding of mortgage warehouse facilities
Proven track record of portfolio growth and new business development
Expertise in credit analysis and structuring complex deals
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a "drive to win" mentality
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
