Full handling of damage claims – from initial report to final settlement
Point of contact for customers and partners; coordinating communication
Independent handling of electronic damage claims (e.g., smartphones, laptops, wearables)
Discretionary goodwill decisions within your scope of responsibility

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
Ideally, experience handling insurance claims
Basic electrotechnical knowledge – especially in electronics (smartphones, laptops, etc.)
Ability to work independently and solution-oriented thinking
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Initial experience in process management is a plus
