Complete sales management processes spanning Planning (Business Planning, Account Planning, Territory Planning), Implementation (Pipeline & Opportunity Management, Forecasting) and Control of Outcomes
Forecasting results per month, quarter and for the year per partner, managing accurate forecasting of run rate business and large deals management
Requirements
10+ years Experience and Sales track record
Sales Management experience in volume business and value solutions
Experience in market place selling with partners either two tier or one tier models
10 + years experience working with partners building entreprise solutions for customers
hard-working enabler & mentor of individuals and teams to deliver customer value across the entire customer journey
driven, accountable channel sales manager with strong EQ and developed situational flexibility
phenomenal teammate, bringing creativity, leadership & focus with a solution presenter personality, not just a problem identifier
entrepreneurial thinker creating plans for own area of responsibility (resources, activities, risk assessment)
