About this role
Role Overview
Providing personal administrative support to the Operational leader
Interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Managing a broad range of issues, including confidential and complex situations
Requirements
Full Victorian driver’s licence
Certificate IV or Diploma in Administration (desirable)
Highly developed skills in M365 application suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook
Highly developed customer service skills
Previous experience in minute-taking, managing action logs and meeting papers
Previous experience in preparation and formatting of directorate reports for the Board of Directors
Demonstrated continuous improvement approach in the workplace
Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
Ability to manage and resolve challenging issues, including conflict
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Evidence of a commitment to ongoing professional development
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant role, preferably in a large and complex organisation
