Account Manager – Mid Market

Role Overview

• Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
• Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges
• Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end
• Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities
• Build a strong, future-ready pipeline

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
• Consultative approach
• Experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders
• Strong communicator with great presentation skills
• Domain knowledge in CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus
