About this role
Role Overview
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
Conduct market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision making.
Analyze sales data, and business metrics to identify improvement areas.
Lead cross functional teams to deliver business development projects from initiation to completion.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales & Commercial Management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field / Certification in Business analysis and Project Management are plus.
Experience in conducting business analysis, financial evaluation, and feasibility assessments.
Experience in contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment.
