Run CMAs for rental and sale value of company-generated listings.
Attend, host, and participate in networking and community events to promote our services.
Execute marketing and business strategies focused on increasing revenue.
Log all sales and business development activities in the CRM.
Requirements
Active Real Estate License
Proven experience in sales, business development, or public-facing roles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Time management skills with the ability to manage a busy pipeline and follow-up cadence.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
Experience in property management, residential leasing, or real estate investing.
Familiarity with CRM systems, AppFolio, MLS, or similar platforms.
Strong public speaking, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
A proven track record as a top producer or “hunter” in business development roles.
