Support the end-to-end setup and execution of paid media campaigns, primarily across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), with exposure to Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
Assist in the ongoing management and optimisation of paid media activity across campaigns and product launches, with a strong focus on capturing high-intent demand efficiently
Manage and optimise keyword strategy, including match types, search query mining, negative keyword expansion, and audience layering to drive incremental growth
Support feed optimisation across Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, ensuring product titles, imagery, and attributes are structured to maximise visibility and conversion rate
Work closely with the Performance team to contribute to a clear test–measure–learn feedback loop
Assist with performance reporting, pulling insights and learnings to share with the wider team
Stay up to date with industry best practices, platform updates, and new features across paid media platforms
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in a paid media or Performance Marketing role
Hands-on experience with Google Search and YouTube; exposure to Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is a plus
Strong understanding of keyword strategy, match types, smart bidding strategies (tROAS/tCPA/Max Conversion Value), search query analysis, and budget allocation
Working understanding of ecommerce performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, impression share, conversion rate, and AOV
Experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
Data-driven and analytical, with curiosity for testing and optimisation
Understanding how intent, structure, and creative work together to drive performance, particularly across Google Search and YouTube
