About this role
Role Overview
Develop customized supply solutions for heating, power and cooling
Coordinate project implementation with responsible operational sites and internal stakeholders
Transform existing supply sites to fully renewable heating systems
Acquire and advise customers within the sales territory
Provide on‑site customer support and secure or expand customer relationships
Prepare technical and economic calculations and commercial offers
Conduct contract negotiations through to contract preparation
Handle public tenders and respond to project-related inquiries
Support customer service and billing, advising from the customer perspective
Requirements
Completed technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering in Energy and Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering)
Alternatively, a state-certified technician or comparable qualifications (e.g., industrial foreman)
3–5 years of professional experience in energy engineering or the energy industry
Experience in business administration
Customer communication skills, preferably in the energy sector
Project management skills, including estimating/calculations and implementation
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
Familiarity with CRM systems
Business-fluent German
Professional demeanor and strong service orientation
