About this role
Role Overview
You will strategically develop the Industry Cluster Energy & Utilities and position Campana & Schott as a leading management and technology consultancy in the sector.
You will leverage your existing industry network to generate leads, engage clients, and drive business development.
You will strategically grow these long-term partnerships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
You will identify opportunities for our clients and win them over with tailored consulting solutions.
You will quickly familiarize yourself with our diverse service portfolio and, based on your experience and subject-matter expertise, successfully position these offerings with measurable impact for individual clients.
You will actively contribute your knowledge of relevant industry trends and topics to our consulting services and help shape our positioning in the Energy & Utilities market.
As a team player, you will work closely with our consultants, inside-sales and marketing teams, and management to develop bespoke client solutions.
Requirements
Completed university degree, e.g., in business, natural sciences, engineering, or IT
Several years of experience in selling consulting or professional services with a clear focus on the Energy & Utilities sector
A solid industry network and a deep understanding of its challenges, trends, and regulatory framework
Proven track record in new client acquisition, account development, and building strategic partnerships
Strong communication and persuasion skills and a confident presence at decision-maker level
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel across Germany and enthusiasm for working on-site with clients
