Write, publish and follow up job postings for CEE contracts (Contrat d'Engagement Éducatif)
Source candidates and review applications
Conduct recruitment interviews
Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, forums and job-dating events
Manage administrative steps related to the recruitment process (organising interviews, response letters, offer letters...)
Personnel administrative management
Draft CEE employment contracts in compliance with the rules and procedures defined by head office support services
Coordinate the monitoring and control of the CEE issuance and follow-up procedure
Coordinate employee provisional schedules
Manage employee training plans
Promote adapted stays offered
Book venues, organise the day, follow training invitations and monitor trainers' attendance, manage group allocation and accommodation
Perform routine secretarial tasks: issuing and sending invoices, handling mail, client follow-ups, administrative procedures related to stays, etc.
Manage logistics for departures and returns from stays
Regional coordination and on-call duty for stays during the first half of August.
Requirements
Holder of a Level 5 diploma (equivalent to Bac+2), ideally in Human Resources
Driving licence (Category B) required
1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position required
Required skills: ability to work in a team, capacity to manage a fluctuating workload, autonomy, rigour, ease interacting with people with disabilities and conflict management
