Sales Support – Existing Business

Role Overview

• Assist brokers with the contracting/certification process
• Handle enrollments
• Answer specific product questions
• Assist with escalated issues
• Report to the Broker Service Department in MSO but be dedicated to the appropriate market

Requirements

• Health insurance related experience, supporting Brokers 2-3 years is REQUIRED
• Medicare Advantage experience
• Data entry experience
• Microsoft office applications experience
• Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired (must license within 6 months if there is no license at time of hire)
