Perform analytical and repeatable tasks to support Cost Savings initiatives, including preparing monthly billing reports and conducting detailed trend, variance, and root-cause analyses to inform decision-making.
Perform user asset validation by reconciling inventory data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy of billing and licensing records.
Analyze, track, and coordinate the renewal of software and licenses for the US Segment, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, renewal options are assessed, and decisions support operational and financial objectives.
Coordinate with both vendors and internal teams for software and license renewals by requesting quotes, managing follow-ups, reviewing terms, confirming requirements, and ensuring smooth and timely completion of the renewal process.
Ensure documentation for software and license renewals, vendor coordination, and asset management is consistently updated, organized, and maintained for audit and reporting purposes.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in IT Operations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, or related discipline)
Proficient with Office 365 Tools and PowerBI
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
