Represent users: understand and integrate the needs of advisors by ensuring that their voices are heard
Define and optimize digital advisor journeys
Help identify MVP (minimum viable product) digital solutions
Monitor performance: help define and monitor key digital performance indicators
Collaborate on UX planning and research: semi-structured interviews, user tests, surveys
Digital monitoring: stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices
Analyze and recommend: ensure a good understanding of business issues and ensure that recommendations are based on data, feedback, market analysis, and emerging trends
Support the digital strategist in the sector's digital projects
Requirements
Passionate about digital technology
Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a major in marketing, e-commerce, or another relevant field
Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of digital technology and experience with digital projects
Excellent ability to understand and analyze data
Knowledge of insurance and individual savings
Strong communication and influencing skills
Independent, proactive, and excellent team player
Highly detail-oriented and thorough
Intermediate level of English, as the person will be communicating with internal and external partners on a daily basis.
