Customer acquisition and account management, including preparation and follow-up of client meetings
You are responsible for developing long-term business relationships, including acquiring new clients and taking the initial steps to identify needs in the finance departments of both new and existing clients from DAX, MDAX and mid-sized companies
You independently manage your projects in consulting, interim management and personnel consulting from needs analysis through to contract conclusion
Build your own network of CFOs, managing directors and HR decision-makers through active relationship management
Build and maintain a network of interim managers and finance professionals
Independently conduct negotiations with our clients and interim managers
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration/economics
At least 2 years of professional experience in service sales, ideally from consulting or personnel/recruitment consulting
Strong communication skills
Structured way of working and strong organizational skills
Fluent in German and good command of English
