Role Overview
- Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for hiring managers in truck service
- Liaise across the US talent acquisition team to ensure efficient hiring experiences
- Work to hire hard to fill roles and develop hiring campaigns
- Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process for site-based truck service roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers on scheduling & interviewing candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of hiring strategies
- Attend in-market events, job fairs, and acquisitions to assist with onboarding
Requirements
- Recruiting experience
- Field recruiting experience a plus
- PC proficiency with emphasis on Windows-based Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong people skills required to positively impact cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills required
- Strong understanding of in Market employment laws and regulations
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and talent mapping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging passive candidates
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in ATS and job boards
