AlphaSense is a leading company that provides AI-driven market intelligence to help organizations make informed decisions. They are seeking a Director of Global Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts across Product & Engineering, develop talent strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while scaling the team to meet rapid growth demands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with AlphaSense’s business objectives, growth plans, and cultural values
- Forecast hiring needs and build scalable recruitment processes that can flex with business priorities
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruitment strategies and ensure diverse candidate pipelines
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters and TA managers across multiple geographies
- Foster a high-performance, data-driven, and collaborative team culture
- Enhance team capabilities through training, coaching, and process optimization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and department heads on all hiring matters
- Partner with HR, People Operations, and Finance to ensure workforce planning alignment
- Collaborate with Marketing to elevate AlphaSense’s employer brand and recruitment marketing
- Drive efficiency through recruitment technology, automation, and reporting tools
- Analyze hiring metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience
- Lead initiatives to enhance employer brand positioning in priority markets
Requirements:
- 10+ years of recruitment experience within Product & Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-growth, global organizations
- Proven success in designing and executing global TA strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience leading multi-location teams and hiring across diverse functions
- Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in TA Analytics and reporting

- Familiarity with recruitment tech stacks (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools)
