Runpod is a platform for developers to build and run custom AI systems. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full life-cycle recruitment, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and fostering diversity and inclusion efforts across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Create an exceptional candidate experience
- Drive full life-cycle recruitment including: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process/closing and onboarding
- Partner with Hiring Managers for their hiring strategies, sourcing strategies and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality and diverse talent
- Build out our recruiting social channels (Runpod’s careers page, glassdoor, builtin, indeed)
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates and foster long-term relationships
- Be a leader in diversity and inclusion efforts across the company to ensure we're improving pipeline diversity, and have an equitable process in place for identifying and hiring the absolute best talent
- Represent Runpod at recruiting events (virtual and/or in person)
- Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Greenhouse)
