Role Overview
Lead product discovery and delivery for EU-based supply chain and logistics clients.
Define product vision and strategy aligned with European regulatory and operational requirements.
Align product features with EU compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, customs regulations, sustainability initiatives).
Conduct market research and customer interviews across European markets to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
Define, prioritise, and manage the product backlog based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and legal teams to ensure product integrity and successful delivery.
Promote and embed agile and lean product development practices within cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement, ensuring solutions enhance operational efficiency and transparency in supply chain processes.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software environments.
Experience working with European supply chain systems and understanding of EU regulatory frameworks.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise and supply chain platforms.
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance day-to-day product management workflows, including research, documentation, analysis, prioritisation, and decision-making.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in distributed environments.
Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
