Requirements
1–2 years of experience in cold calling and strategic outreach is preferred, but if you have strong motivation and the right attitude, we would still love to hear from you
self initiative to exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
German (C2) and English fluent is a must. Additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are an advantage
comfortable navigating through changes in the company
the power of persuasion and the talent to quickly win over your counterpart
enthusiasm for technical topics
strong communication and organizational skills
high level of self-confidence and drive (nice to have)
high resilience and tolerance for rejection (nice to have)
the ability to grasp IT concepts and technical contexts at a high level (nice to have)
experience with tax/e-invoicing/EDI technologies (nice to have)
