Responsibility for predictable growth across the entire funnel, from awareness to revenue; management of paid, organic and CRM channels; optimization of CAC, conversion and LTV
Develop and implement clear go-to-market strategies for new offerings, markets or target audiences; test channels, messages and offers
Sharpen the value proposition and create clear market differentiation; further develop website, messaging and campaigns with a consistent presence across all touchpoints
Establish robust tracking and reporting structures; make data-driven decisions and run continuous experiments to improve conversion
Systematic use of AI tools for content creation, creative testing, personalization, campaign optimization, performance analysis and automation of campaign workflows to increase efficiency
Budget responsibility and forecasting in coordination with Finance; build efficient processes and manage external partners
Build a scalable marketing engine with clear KPIs and demonstrable revenue impact as a basis for investors
Requirements
Several years of experience building scalable acquisition channels in a startup or scaleup, with clearly demonstrable impact on revenue and unit economics
Very proficient with funnel KPIs, attribution, testing and budget management; you think in experiments and hypotheses
You actively use AI tools, build your own workflows and automations, and understand prompt engineering, data structures and integration into existing marketing processes
Ability to develop strong positioning and clear messaging, building not only traffic but relevance
You execute yourself: structure, prioritize and don’t wait for large teams or perfect conditions
You understand business cases, work closely with Finance and Product, and make decisions with profitability and scalability in mind
High personal accountability, clear communication and the prospect to build a small team in the medium term
