You own and develop p36's partner strategy — shaping how we collaborate with industry leaders like SAP and AWS to drive mutual growth.
You identify and build new strategic alliances that expand our market reach and strengthen our position in the enterprise ecosystem.
You develop compelling joint value propositions and drive co-selling initiatives with partners.
You coordinate enablement, training, and pipeline reviews to ensure partners are optimally prepared for success.
You define and own partner KPIs, tracking partner-generated pipeline and revenue to ensure a measurable impact on growth.
You act as a trusted advisor to senior management on partnership opportunities, market trends, and ecosystem dynamics.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in sales, partner management, alliances, or business development — ideally in the SaaS or enterprise tech space.
You have a proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that delivered measurable business results.
You think strategically and act entrepreneurially — you don’t just manage partnerships, you actively shape them.
You excel at developing joint go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence — establishing scalable processes and measuring impact with data.
You have experience presenting to and negotiating with C-level stakeholders.
Collaboration and communication are among your greatest strengths — you enjoy working cross-team and across the organization.
You are proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
You are confident and present fluently in German and English.
