About this role
Role Overview
Provide support to stores through the company's available channels;
Verify sales documents;
Purchase products for resale;
Track customer orders internally;
Monitor sell-out (sales performance);
Process requested changes to customer orders;
Manage negotiations regarding the order portfolio with the factory;
Process order cancellations;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Professional experience with administrative routines;
Intermediate level in Excel and Google Sheets;
Problem-solving skills to break down broad issues into smaller, structured questions for analysis;
Strong communication skills to present conclusions and recommendations clearly and constructively;
Proactivity to initiate processes independently and ask the right questions to encourage reconsideration of commercial processes;
Ability to learn quickly and influence the business with enthusiasm and drive.
