Oversees a portfolio of Operations and Maintenance services projects in the power generation, storage, transmission and distribution space
Ensures all contractual services are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with strong customer service
Manages client relationships, supports proposals, pursues new business, and leads a diverse team to achieve project and client goals
Serves as the primary contact for managing client relationships and client experience
Coordinates project portfolios to maintain a consistent approach and customer experience across all projects
Accountable for safety, cost efficiency, and adherence to project schedules
Manages designated proposals and contributes to related new business development activities

10+ years O&M experience in Conventional Thermal Generation, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Solar, T&D systems/substations
5+ years leading project management or service delivery
Skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting
Able to coach and mentor others
Efficient time management
Results-driven with patience
Clear communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to self-development and industry updates
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
